Leah and Rob’s Engagement Photos

Leah and Rob are lovebirds so it made sense to take their engagement photos in their love nest. They wanted to take more lifestyle photos of what they usually do from day-to-day, read, listen to records, cook, and walk their dog-child Tallulah. Since Leah is also into fine art photography I shot some film along with digital. I particularly love the image of them kissing over the fondue because of the old wedding photo above their head – it’s such sweet foreshadowing. Leah has been a good friend since I came to Portland. She’s a photographer also and we have grown a lot together in our art and our businesses, I’m just so happy to see my friend married off to the right guy. Their long awaited wedding at Sauvie Island is finally happening this weekend, I’m thrilled out of my mind.
